I was not aware of MAR Barker or of any of his conlangs. He is the first (of two) PhD linguistics student from UC Berkeley to do conlanging. The other is Marc Okrand (of Klingon fame). Barker worked on the Klamath language and Okrand on Mutsun, both Native American languages of California.

You mention the Tsolyani Primer and www.tekumel.com so you may have already seen the other two Tsolyani related items sold at Tita's House of Games http://www.tekumel.com/tita/worldinfo.html .

The Tsolyáni Language - by M.A.R. Barker. Reproduced by Tita’s House of Games from an Adventure Games original

M.A.R. Barker wrote his two volume book Tsolyáni, the language of the Empire of the Petal Throne, for students, travelers, and businessmen within the empire. The two-volume text is complete with pronunciation, grammar, and useful expressions, English-Tsolyáni and Tsolyáni-English vocabularies, and script.

The Tsolyáni Language Pronunciation Guide with Ceremonies and Music from the World of Tékumel

Tracks 1 and 2 of this CD contain a digital recording of the Tsolyáni language tapes with adjustments to make Prof. Barker’s voice clearer and to remove incidental noises present on the original tape. Tracks 3, 4, and 5 contain digitally remastered copies of a ceremonies from the Temple of Ksárul and Sárku, and of The Lament to the Wheel of Black.

I hope these help.

Aside from the Tsolyani Primer, and the various Tekumel related websites featuring more information about RPGs than the Tsolyani language itself, does anyone know if M.A.R. Barker ever published anything else?

Specifically, I'm looking for a comprehensive lexicon, and/or a complete grammar for native English speakers. I've been scouring the internet periodically since late 2000, and I keep coming back to the same stuff what's hosted at www.tekumel.com.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, but likely not aptly rewarded, as I'm sure you can well imagine. :)
